DIRECTION D / PURPLE TRIANGLE LLCTHE WORK BEHIND THE WORK
Purple Triangle Communications

Give customers a reason to choose you.

Your website should explain what you do, build confidence and make the next step obvious. We plan the content, design and functionality around the people you want to serve, then build an editable website your business can grow with.

A better-looking website is only part of the job.

If visitors cannot work out whether you serve their area, understand your offer or find the right way to enquire, visual polish will not resolve the problem. We start with those decisions before choosing layouts. That gives every page a purpose and helps avoid a website full of attractive sections that say very little.

The scope starts with your existing setup, priorities and the people using it. We agree the responsibilities before implementation.

01

Structure and service copy

We organize your services into a clear navigation system and develop content that answers the questions customers ask before contacting you. Each service gets enough detail to explain its value, scope and next step.

02

Design that belongs to the business

Your brand, audience and content guide the typography, photography and page composition. Desktop and mobile are considered together, with readable copy, usable controls and a consistent visual identity.

03

An editable WordPress foundation

Where WordPress and Divi 5 fit the project, we build with maintainable components and reusable styles. We agree which content your team should manage and where a controlled workflow is more appropriate.

04

Launch preparation

We check the agreed pages, forms and links, review responsive behavior and plan redirects where needed. Hosting, analytics, search foundations and ongoing care are defined in scope, not left as assumptions.

For a local service company

A visitor looking for a cleaner needs to know what is included, which locations are covered and how to request an estimate. We connect that information to a focused enquiry path, rather than sending everyone to a vague contact page.

  1. Review the existing site and customer questions.
  2. Agree the sitemap, content responsibilities and design direction.
  3. Build, review and test the agreed pages before launch.

Before you begin

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We first assess its structure and technical condition. Sometimes targeted improvements are sufficient; sometimes a rebuild is the more maintainable option.

Are hosting and ongoing changes included?

Only when included in the agreed scope. We separate the initial build from recurring care and additional development so responsibilities are clear.
