DIRECTION D / PURPLE TRIANGLE LLCTHE WORK BEHIND THE WORK
Purple Triangle Communications

Give repetitive work a better process.

Repeated questions, copied information and missed follow-ups take time away from serving customers. We identify where practical automation can help, and where a person should remain in control.

Start with the task, not the AI tool.

Some jobs need a simple rule: send the approved reminder when a due date approaches. Others may benefit from AI, such as helping a visitor find relevant information in an approved knowledge base. We separate those needs so the solution stays understandable and maintainable.

The scope starts with your existing setup, priorities and the people using it. We agree the responsibilities before implementation.

01

An advisor grounded in your content

An AI assistant can be designed to answer from approved service descriptions, FAQs and policies. When information is missing or a question needs expert judgment, it should explain the limitation and route the enquiry to a person.

02

Guided intake and routing

Collect relevant business details and send them to the right workflow. Saved progress and resume links may be included where appropriate, with privacy and retention requirements defined before implementation.

03

Permission-based follow-up

Reminders can help customers finish a genuine request, but they should not become pressure campaigns. We define consent, opt-out handling, message timing and stopping conditions.

04

Human review and accountability

Quotes, commitments and sensitive decisions need appropriate review. We design approval points, logs and failure handling so your team can see what happened and intervene.

Answer a question, then collect the right details

A visitor asks about a service. The assistant finds an approved answer, explains the next step and offers relevant intake questions. It does not invent a price or completion date. If the request falls outside the agreed rules, a person reviews it.

  1. Choose one repeatable workflow with a clear owner.
  2. Define approved content, permissions and human review points.
  3. Test ordinary requests, missing information and failure cases.

Before you begin

Do we need to automate everything?

No. A focused workflow is often the right starting point. We assess whether the time saved justifies the maintenance and operating cost.

Is the AI advisor already available on this site?

Not yet. This site explains the service direction. A live advisor requires an approved knowledge base, secure implementation and testing as a separate project.
